Tours will be broken out into small groups focused on price point and requirements (i.e. $500k 4+BR, 3+BA).
Metro Atlanta will be divided into 4 sections: NE, NW, SE, SW.
Over a 4-day period, we will learn about the area and then go experience homes and activities in that section of town.
Each day will begin with an overview of the tour plan, following by home tours and lunch at a local establishment.
Each evening will present an ATL lifestyle. experience. Some examples are: dining at a popular restaurant, visiting a historic monument, or attending a movie studio tour. Prices will vary, and some activities may require the purchase of tickets.
THURSDAY
Day 1 starts with an overview the northeast section of Metro Atlanta.

We will begin with a tour of several pre-selected homes (based on availability) that fit the parameters of your group.
Participants will discover popular areas of interest in northeast Metro Atlanta.
FRIDAY
Day 2 starts with an overview the southeast section of Metro Atlanta.

We will begin with a tour of several pre-selected homes in southeast Metro Atlanta (based on availability) that fit the parameters of your group.

SATURDAY
Day 3 starts with an overview the southwest section of Metro Atlanta.

SUNDAY
Day 4 starts with an overview the northwest section of Metro Atlanta.
